Shopping?

What is the MHD Guarantee?

All MHD watches have a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. If you should incur any issues with your MHD Watch, please get in contact by emailing info@matthewhumphriesdesign.com, we will be happy to discuss either a repair or replacement.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order means we are waiting for its first delivery or its temporarily out of stock. The pre-order date shown next to the product is the estimated date we will be ready to ship globally. 

What is the packaging for MHD Watches?

All our watches ship globally within a satin black box, perfectly finished to hold your watch and all paperwork.

Do you have a list of stockists? 

We only sell direct through this website, or exhibit at different events throughout the year.  Sign up to our newsletter and/or follow us on instagram or facebook for news on our next event.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will email you to notify you that your order has been dispatched.

Can I track your order?

A tracking code (where applicable) will be sent in your dispatch email.

How does my MHD Watch arrive?

Your watch will be within its MHD satin black presentation box protected by outer delivery box.

How do I receive a refund?

We offer every customer a 14 day no risk money back guarantee from the dispatch date on your order. 

How do I return my watch?

If you decide that your MHD watch is not for you for any reason, then simply email MHD with your order number, watch model number, date ordered and using the subject line that you would like a "refund on MHD watch" and we will co-ordinate the return and refund of your purchase, as soon as we can.

Do you offer interest-free credit? 

If you are over 18, you can spread the cost of any purchase across 3 months via Klarna. At the checkout, select Klarna as your payment option and you’ll be presented with a payment plan. Enter a few personal details to get an instant answer from Klarna and your order will then be placed.

When will payment be taken?

Your payment will be taken at the checkout.

What sizes are MHD Watch cases?

All watch case sizes are in the specification section on every watch product page.

Are MHD Watches water resistant?  

All MHD Watches are water resistant to 5ATM ( 50 metres depth) 

How should I clean my watch?

Gently wipe off the front and back of the watch case using a clean and slightly damp cloth. Dry and polish your watch with a microfibre cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean your watch.

How should I clean a Stainless Steel Bracelet?

Gently wipe the bracelet using a clean and slightly damp cloth. Dry and polish your watch with a microfibre cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean your steel bracelet.

 

Service and repair?

How often should my watch be serviced?

All component parts are manufactured from the best materials. However, some parts are subject to natural wear. This is why we recommend that you have a maintenance service carried out on your watch every 3 to 4 years. Contact MHD for any servicing and maintenance requirements via email info@matthewhumphriesdesign.com or alternatively use a reputable watch technician who has experience with Miyota movements.
